Job Description:

  • Lead of Scrum Master and PO Team
    • Take on the responsibility of guiding and mentoring Scrum Masters and PO team members
    • Provide direction and support to ensure that Agile teams follow Scrum practices, ceremonies, and principles.
    • Support and suggest appropriate Agile process for SM, PO while forming project team
    • Help resolve impediments and encourage self-organization within the teams.
  • Implementing Agile Framework
    • Assess the organization's needs and help select and implement suitable Agile frameworks beyond Scrum, such as Kanban or Lean, as needed for specific projects or departments
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement and promotes the adoption of Agile best practices. 
    • Facilitate retrospectives and other feedback sessions to identify areas for enhancement and collaboratively develop action plans for improvement.
    • Support the organization's Agile transformation journey by addressing resistance to change and promoting the benefits of Agile methodologies at all levels.
  • Project Execution 
    • Be a scrum master or product owner for a few of projects when needed 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of agile project experience
  • Strong English proficiency - both verbal and written.
  • Strong group training skills is a plus
  • Experience in SCRUM and KANBAN
  • Previous experience as a manager or leader is a plus
  • Passion for technology, willingness to learn, and a good attitude
