About the job:
We are seeking an experienced Senior PHP Drupal Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Drupal architecture, module development, and theme customization. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, migrating, and optimizing high-quality Drupal websites and applications, ensuring they meet our business needs and provide a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of web applications using Drupal versions 9 and 10.
- Design and implement custom Drupal modules and themes.
- Optimize Drupal website performance, scalability, and security.
- Provide technical guidance and support for PHP/Drupal-based systems.
- Conduct thorough design and code reviews, coaching junior and intermediate developers in coding practices and logical approaches.
- Work within Agile/Scrum/Kanban frameworks, actively participating in requirements analysis, planning, estimations, and continuous software development, particularly leading the development team for web application projects.
Job Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in PHP development including 2-4 years of experience specifically with Drupal.
- Strong knowledge of Drupal 8, 9 and 10.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, and GitLab.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in PHP development including 2-4 years of experience specifically with Drupal.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience specifically with Drupal.
- Experience with Drupal site migration and upgrades.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience implementing architectural solutions using AWS services, Microservices Architecture, Web Services, Design Patterns, RDBMS, and other data sources.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
