About the job:
We are looking for a PHP Specialist with a strong background in a specific CMS and a willingness to learn Drupal. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of CMS architecture, module development, and theme customization. The role involves building, maintaining, migrating, and optimizing high-quality Drupal websites and applications to meet business needs and ensure a seamless user experience.
This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to innovative web solutions while enhancing your skills in Drupal development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Drupal websites and applications.
- Implement custom Drupal modules and themes.
- Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
- Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Drupal implementations.
- Optimize website performance and adhere to security best practices.
- Collaborate with our diverse and talented team to deliver projects for clients across the globe.
- Support and guide junior developers in the project team.
- Work within the Agile/Scrum/Kanban frameworks, actively participating in requirements analysis, planning, estimations, and continuous software development.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Experience with Drupal 9/10 is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Drupal site migration and upgrades is a plus.
- Experience in custom module development and theming in Drupal is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- At least 4 years of experience in software development, including 2-4 years of experience in PHP implementation.
