Job Summary:

As a Client Success Partner, you will be the primary advocate for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success. You will collaborate closely with our development team, manage billing and invoicing, facilitate a strong partnership between our project team and clients, and provide regular health check reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize client relationships.

Key Skills:

  • Represent Clients' Interests: Act as the voice of the clients within the company, ensuring their needs and concerns are understood and addressed.
  • Identify Opportunities for Future Projects/Works: Look for ways to offer additional services, projects or resources that can benefit clients, helping to build long-term relationships.
  • Facilitate Communication Between Teams and Clients: Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between CES team and clients, making sure everyone is on the same page.
  • Coordinate Client Requests with Development Team: Work with the development team to organize and manage tasks related to client projects, ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Address Issues Promptly: Serve as a go-to person for resolving any problems or challenges that arise during client interactions, ensuring quick and effective solutions or escalating to leadership when needed.
  • Manage Billing and Invoicing:  Oversee client contracts/budget and create invoices for the Financial team to process and send out, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.
  • Coach and Mentor the Scrum Team: Train and guide the Scrum Team in self-organization and cross-functionality, helping them to improve their skills and practices in using Scrum.
  • Facilitate Scrum Events: Ensure that all Scrum events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective) occur effectively and within time constraints, promoting productive collaboration
  • Remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the Scrum Team’s progress, enabling them to focus on delivering high-value increments.
  • Advocate for Organizational Change: Advocate for and help the organization in adopting Scrum practices, fostering an understanding of Agile principles and facilitating collaboration between teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in activities related to client relationship
  • Proven experience in a client success, software project management, or related scrum master role.
  • Fluent English skills  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Interested in learning software industry knowledge
