Job Description:

As an HR Compensation & Benefits, the primary responsibility is to oversee the processes that make up our organization's compensation and benefits system. This person will also play a vital role in payroll management, Social Insurance, collaborating with the finance team to align budgets with compensation and benefits programs, addressing employee inquiries, cultivating positive relationships, and acting as an advocate when needed contributing to our overall employee satisfaction.


Main responsibilities:

  • Work on the design and enhancement of the organization's employee benefits packages and stay up-to-date with industry trends and benchmarks.
  • Administer and manage the full lifecycle of labor contracts, including initial issuance, renewal, amendment, and termination. 
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Update HR policy documents such as Labor Regulations, Policy Manuals, Salary Scales to align with Company practices legal requirements.
  • Coordinate the communication related to compensation and benefits policies, changes, and updates to employees through various channels providing guidance and support to address employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage the accurate and timely preparation of payroll, and address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure payroll budgets align with compensation and benefits programs.
  • Manage and maintain documentation related to expatriate employees, including visas, work permits, and residence permits, and ensure compliance with immigration and employment regulations.
  • Collect, record, and maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information and HR-related documents.
  • Administer Social Insurance processes, including registration, termination, SI regimes in compliance with government regulations.
  • Cultivate positive employee relationships by actively listening, addressing concerns, and providing support.
  • Act as a mediator and advocate for employees when necessary, promoting a harmonious work environment.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in the C&B position with similar roles. (Previous experience working for an IT company is desired)
  • Excellent English language skills with a high level of comprehension and speaking proficiency.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills & problem-solving skills;
  • Be able to handle sensitive information and cases;
  • Be able to design and execute strategies;
  • Good understanding of related employment regulations, laws, and best practices;
  • Be a self-starter and detail focused person.
  • Perform well under limited instruction and direction while possessing a continuous improvement mindset.
