Job Summary:

We’re looking for a proactive and people-oriented Scrum Master cum Client Relationship to drive agile delivery and strengthen client partnerships. This role combines agile facilitation with client relationship management, ensuring smooth collaboration, clear communication, and high-quality outcomes for every project.

Key Responsibilities:


Scrum Master Responsibilities:
  • Coach & Mentor: Guide Scrum Teams in self-organization, Agile principles, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate Scrum Events: Lead all Scrum ceremonies effectively and ensure productive collaboration.
  • Remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate blockers to maintain steady delivery.
  • Support Product Owner: Help define Product Goals, refine the backlog, and clarify priorities.
  • Promote Agile Culture: Advocate for Scrum and Agile adoption across the organization.
  • Monitor Project Health: Conduct and report project health checks covering morale, communication, and progress.
Client Relationship Responsibilities:
  • Represent Clients’ Interests: Act as the primary contact and voice of the client within the company.
  • Foster Long-Term Partnerships: Identify opportunities for new projects or value-added services.
  • Facilitate Communication: Ensure alignment between clients and internal teams on project goals and progress.
  • Coordinate Requests: Translate client needs into actionable tasks for the development team.
  • Resolve Issues: Address client concerns quickly and effectively, escalating when needed.
  • Manage Contracts & Budgets: Oversee project contracts, invoices, and financial updates in coordination with internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, preferably in an IT or software development environment.
  • Hands-on experience in both Agile delivery and client communication is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients and teams.
  • Experience managing budgets, contracts, and project documentation is a plus.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred.
