Internship Program Overview:

We are launching an internship program for a Customer Success Intern based in Da Nang, Vietnam. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to support our Operations Support team and gain hands-on experience in how a global company manages customer success through high-quality translation and localization services.

This internship is a great fit for an intermediate or above English speaker who also has Japanese (JLPT N2/N3) or Korean (TOPIK 4) proficiency.

Practical experience through training/ mentoring:

  • Research the regional clinical trial landscape, including hospitals and research labs. Present these findings to the Operations Support team in English/Vietnamese.
  • Translate project documentation, including user guides for hospitals and nurses, FAQs, training materials into Korean/ Japanese.
  • Assist in providing translation and interpretation services during meetings and/or training sessions with site users in Korea/ Japan.
  • Assist in responding to inquiries and issues in a culturally appropriate and professional manner (specifically in Korea/ Japan).
  • Support ongoing project initiatives by coordinating tasks and monitoring progress.

Requirements:

  • Last year student or a recent graduate of a College’s diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Able to take a full-time internship (Monday - Friday), with a 3 - 6 month period.
  • Proficiency (verbal and written) in either Korean or Japanese is mandatory.
  • Ability to read English documentation and communicate with the internal team.
  • Relevant language certificates, if available (e.g., JLPT N3/N2 or TOPIK 4/5).
  • Quick learner who adapts easily to new digital tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a strong "customer service" mindset.
  • Detailed attention, team-oriented environment.
Desirables:
  • Interests: A genuine interest in customer support, project coordination, and  translation/ interpretation work.
  • Experience (Plus): Prior experience in a customer-facing support or client-service role.
  • Experience creating and maintaining documentation is also highly valued.
