    • Domestic travel to conferences or partner meetings as needed

  • Other: Opportunity to visit Vietnam for deeper team integration after initial training and potentially every other year afterwards.

Job Scope

As a Sales Hunter, you will primarily be involved in the pre and early sales cycle processes – hunting and gathering new prospects and leads in the B2B market for software solutions and holding initial meetings with them to identify and qualify potential project and partnership opportunities. You will work with a team of business analysts, project managers, and technical specialists and aid in winning these deals. As your training develops you will be able to take on a point role in bringing deals to the close.
You will be a part of a distributed team and your initial training will take 2-4 months with the later half of it being more practical, hands-on yet guided handling of prospect communication. You will participate in regular EOS L10 style meetings with the sales, marketing, and customer service team.

Job Description

  • Identification, Prospecting (Cold calling, outbound emailing, social media marketing) and Lead Generation in target markets.
  • Coordinating with marketing and content sides of sales advising on and contributing to content needed to generate leads.
  • Work with inbound leads resulting from broader marketing and Lead generation campaigns.
  • Qualify new leads and hold initial meetings to assess interest and fit as well as gather materials to assist in bringing deals to a close.
  • Nurture relationships with prospects to convert them to leads further down the road.

Requirements

  • Hungry, good learner, with a hunter mentality, capable of self management and motivation.
  • Good communication skills with ability to think on one’s feet. Ideally someone comfortable with cross-cultural communication.
  • Technologically aware and overall comfortable with technology, both conceptually and through terminology.
  • Prior experience with B2B selling services or lead generation (preferable but not required).
  • Based in the USA.
